Thurlow Church of England (VC) Primary School is federated with Hundon Community Primary School. This means the two schools, whilst unique, distinct and inspected individually as the two separate educational establishments they are, the two schools work collaboratively, as one, and come together to 'pool' resources, including budget, leadership, including their Headteacher and Deputy and teaching and learning support teams.

Geographically close and when combined are reflective of a small, rural primary school in terms of pupil numbers, for example, both require separate administrative teams whilst sharing a Federation Bursar and Federation Governing Body.
